How HomeCallPro Makes Money

HomeCallPro is a free referral directory. You do not pay us to use it. Here is how the site is funded, in plain words.

What happens when you call

The phone numbers on this site connect you, through third-party call-network partners, to independent providers or their dispatch teams. HomeCallPro does not do the work, set prices or schedule visits.

How we earn money

HomeCallPro may be paid by those partners when a call connects and qualifies. This does not add a fee for you. Whether a call qualifies is decided by the partner, not by you.

Does this change what we write?

Our guides explain what a repair involves and what to ask. We aim to keep them accurate and useful whether or not you call. We do not publish reviews or rankings of providers, so there is nothing to buy a placement in.

Calls may be recorded

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance, as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

What you should do

Confirm the provider’s license, insurance, price and warranty before work starts.
Remember that your agreement is with the provider, not with HomeCallPro.
Tell us if something on the site looks wrong, using the Contact page.
