About HomeCallPro
HomeCallPro is a free online referral directory that helps homeowners in the United States find independent home service providers by phone. We publish plain-English guides and state pages for twelve categories: roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, garage doors, appliance repair, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, pest control, locksmith services, dumpster and porta potty rental, commercial roofing and commercial plumbing.
How calls work
The phone numbers on this site connect you, through third-party call-network partners, to independent providers or their dispatch teams. HomeCallPro does not perform home services, set prices or schedule the work. Your agreement, price, warranty and any dispute are between you and the provider you reach.
HomeCallPro may be paid by call-network partners when a call connects and qualifies. This does not add a fee for homeowners. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance, as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- We do not perform repairs or installations.
- We do not guarantee any provider’s work, licensing, insurance or availability. Always verify these yourself before work begins.
- We do not publish customer reviews or star ratings, and we do not invent them.
- We do not list provider names or addresses on the site. Providers answer calls independently.
Editorial standards
Our guides are written by the HomeCallPro editorial team to explain what a repair involves, which questions to ask and when a problem is a safety issue. Safety topics link to official sources such as the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, FEMA, Ready.gov and the U.S. Department of Energy. Each guide shows its author, the date it was published and the date it was last updated. Read our editorial policy and how HomeCallPro makes money. If you find an error or out-of-date advice, tell us using the details on our Contact page and we will review it.
Our content is general information, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for an inspection or diagnosis by a licensed professional. In an emergency such as fire, a gas smell or a medical danger, call 911 first.
